Account Manager – Vancouver Branch

 

 

Reports To: Vancouver Branch Manager

Location: Richmond, BC

Start Date: Immediate

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

Maintain Maintenance Customer Base

- Maintain contract retention through daily servicing and co-ordination through field Technicians, Supervisors, Building Engineers, Consultants and Property Managers.

-- Respond to Customer complaints/requests

- Managing Consultant reports

-- Attend various Meetings

-- Drafting Customer letters

-- Contract Renewals

 

Foreign Maintenance-Increase portfolio through existing Customer base and new acquisitions

- Develop and perform presentations (lunch & learn)

- Survey equipment with supervisors

- Prepare/present proposals

- Propose/negotiate/secure new business

- Process all documents and incorporate new units into route control

 

Modernization and Open Order Repair Work

-Specification review

-Surveys of equipment

- Prepare estimates

-Propose/negotiate/secure repair and modernization contracts

-Order material / expedite / Government & Drawing Submissions

- Schedule through co-ordination with Supervisors,

-Project manage through co-ordination with consultants, customer and vendors

 

Other

- Weekly office/sales meetings

- Sales Planning and Forecasting

- Collections
