Energy Saving System
Variable frequency operation offers the latest inverter technology, drastically reducing power consumption. With this system, the escalator runs at a very low speed under the no load condition and resumes normal speed operations when approaching passengers are detected.
Automatic Start/Stop Operation: "Sleep Mode"
The sensors located near the landings detect approaching passengers and automatically starts operations. The operation then stops after all the passengers have exited.
Data Acquisitin System: "DAS"
This system continuously monitors, records, and diagnoses the operation of escalators and elevators from a remote central location.
Comb Lights
Lights are mounted on the skirt guards at the upper and lower landings, illuminating the steps for easier boarding and exiting.
Demarcation Lights
To help passengers easily identify the boundary line between steps, green fluorescent lights are mounted under the escalator steps. These are located at the upper and lower landings.
