LA Angels Stadium - 3/22/2005

The Los Angeles Branch of Fujitec America, Inc. announced that they have entered into an agreement with Angels Baseball for the maintenance of the vertical transportation systems at Angels Stadium.

This benchmark account for the Los Angeles Branch office is a culmination of the efforts of LA’s service and sales departments. This high profile account is a direct result of the service performed at both the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Convention Center, each of which were acquired separately on service during the 4th quarter of 2004.

Angels Baseball made a point of the fact that they had discovered Fujitec through their known contacts at the Anaheim Convention Center and the City of Anaheim who gave Fujitec America, Inc. a glowing review of the work performed at those facilities. “We are very pleased to have partnered with, not only the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Convention Center, but now, Angels Baseball on their vertical transportation systems and look forward to providing the same superior service for Angel Stadium as we have for all of our service customers, including the City of Anaheim and Anaheim Convention Center”, said Tim Mooney, Fujitec’s District Manager. “We are both excited and proud of our accomplishments in the foreign service field, especially in the Orange County/Inland Empire, marketplace” he said. “We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Angels Baseball and our continued growth in the Los Angeles and Orange County/Inland Empire markets”.

In conjunction with the service agreement acquisitions for the City of Anaheim, Anaheim Convention Center, Riverside County Regional Medical Center and Angels Stadium, Fujitec America, Inc. has announced plans to open an Orange County/Inland Empire satellite office, located at 333 The City Way, 17th Floor, Orange, California. Jeff Patko will be the Orange County/Inland Empire Representative.

Angels Stadium has eight (8) Otis escalators which were retrofitted by Kone utilizing their ES5000 control system during 2002, two (2) Dover T-IV geared passenger elevators, three (3) Montgomery traction freight elevators, one (1) Amtech hydraulic elevator, and 2 P-Flow material lifts.
