CINCINNATI, OH – April 9, 2008 –Takakazu Uchiyama, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fujitec Co., Ltd., today announced the promotion of three senior leaders in the company’s U.S. operations, Fujitec America, to further position the leading elevator, escalator and service company for future growth. These appointments include:
• Vic Harada to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Fujitec America, Inc. and General Manager of Sales and Marketing Division for Fujitec Co., Ltd. Most recently, Harada served as Chief Operating Officer of Fujitec America. Harada is a 37-year employee of Fujitec with extensive experience in all aspects of the business.
• Kenny Yamashiro to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Fujitec America. Most recently, Yamashiro served as Executive Vice President, Fujitec America. In his new assignment, Yamashiro will oversea Fujitec’s U.S operations including engineering and manufacturing, sales and service in more than 14 cities. He has 23 years of experience with Fujitec.
• Donald Regina to Executive Vice President of Fujitec America and Chief Operating Officer of Fujitec New York, a division that serves the New York/New Jersey and Manhattan markets. Under Regina’s leadership, Fujitec has developed a prominent New York market position–providing elevator installation, modernization, and service/ maintenance to America’s most vertical city. Regina has 27 years of experience with Fujitec.
