Fujitec Expands Business In Dallas Market - 5/20/2008

DALLAS, TEXAS– May 7, 2008 – Fujitec America, a division of Fujitec Co., Ltd.[NIKKEI 6406] today announced a contract agreement with Transwestern Commercial for the Dallas Branch of Fujitec to provide service and maintenance on 98 units of foreign elevator/escalator equipment located throughout Transwestern’s 15 buildings.

According to Fujitec America Dallas Branch Manager Tom Ogden, “The acquisition of this portfolio speaks volumes for the hard work and commitment to quality Fujitec and our employees are all about. Our reputation for customer service and performance was a big contributor to landing this great portfolio.”

Transwestern’s 98 elevator units include gearless, geared and hydraulic equipment that utilizes controller types from a variety of manufacturers, including Dover, Schindler, Otis, Haughton and Swift. Service and maintenance of other manufacturer’s equipment takes special skill and training.
