DENVER, COLORADO– June 16, 2008 – Fujitec America, a division of Fujitec Co., Ltd. [NIKKEI 6406] today announced its first new construction project in Denver, Colorado with the Four Seasons Hotel, sold through Centric Elevator, its alliance partner.

Under the agreement, Centric is fully responsible for the installation of Fujitec elevator equipment including Millennium controllers, machines and structural packages. Fujitec America will provide project management and technical support throughout the project.

Joe Rennekamp, Fujitec America west region vice president says, “This is a win-win-win for Fujitec, Centric and the Four Seasons. This project taps Fujitec’s strong history and proven product performance with Four Seasons along with Centric’s quality service reputation in Denver. It is a great first step to install our performance product in a city that is not familiar with us,” adds Rennekamp.
Other Four Seasons Hotel installations supported by Fujitec include hotels in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. This project includes five geared cars at 350 FPM (17 stories and stops) and four gearless cars at 1,000 FPM (45 story passenger cars with 32 stops and 47 story freight cars with 46 stops). Centric will begin this installation in October of 2008 with completion scheduled for early 2010.
