Fujitec America Announces New Regional Structure - 7/9/2008

Lebanon, OH – June 9, 2008 – Fujitec America, a division of Fujitec Co., Ltd. [NIKKEI 6406] today announced the restructuring of its regional offices to allow for expansion of its new installations, modernization and service/maintenance offerings.

Jay Secrist, Director of Human Resources said, “This restructuring of regional responsibilities and assignments will allow for greater efficiency in the field, driven by our business development and strategic goals.” Secrist adds, “It is important to Fujitec America to strategically align our new installation, modernization and service/maintenance solutions to assure that customers experience our lower-than-industry-average units per technician along with our proximity to customers for optimum response time.”

The newly restructured regions and responsibilities are as follows: The Eastern Region will be led by Tom Horan, Central Region by Gary Krupp; and Western Region by Joe Rennekamp. Major metropolitan areas in these regions include Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., (EAST); Atlanta, Chicago, Columbus, Cincinnati, Tampa, (CENTRAL); and Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Fransicso, Portland and Denver (WEST).

In addition to these regions, Fujitec continues to serve New York and New Jersey customers via its New Jersey headquarters, led by Don Regina, executive vice president Fujitec America and chief operating officer of Fujitec’s New York operation.
Each regional vice president will report to Kenny Yamashiro, Fujitec America president and chief operating officer.
