Due to the wide array of available cab interior finishes, hoistway entrance details and signal fixture configurations, complying with all national and local codes having jurisdiction must be taken into account prior to final selection of all finish materials and products.

Compliance with code-mandated loading requirements (5% overall weight increase restriction), flame spread ratings, technical guidelines established by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), etc. must also be considered when making any aesthetic upgrades.
